Borough Plates opens in the Heart of Borough Market

If you are a fan of fresh organic produce and an even bigger fan of the Borough Market in London; you will be happy to hear that a new two-month pop-up restaurant – Borough Plates – is opening up in collaboration with Cuisson in the heart of the market. Cuisson is a creative company that specialises in creating memorable and exciting gastronomic experiences around the capital.

With menus specifically crafted to celebrate the amazing diversity of the products and produce available at Borough Market, Borough Plates is destined to be a highly successful and most importantly BUSY pop-up restaurant.

The menu features a selection of well-thought, simple but sophisticated and modern dishes, like Salt Baked Celeriac, Pork Rillette and Baked Sole Meuniere.

Perhaps what’s most exciting is that you could eat there every week and experience something new every time. With top-chefs from the most prestigious restaurants coming together to craft the weekly menus, saying that you will be in for a treat is very much an understatement.

All the ingredients used for the menu are sourced from traders like Olivier’s Bakery, Chegworth Valley, From Field and Flower, making this pop-up a one of a kind experience.

If you love a good restaurant set-up, you are going to love the the laid-back and communal style decor.
