Connecting with nature is underrated and we all should be doing it every now and again.
I'm not the most outdoorsy person. In fact, if you want to piss me off, put me in a tent in the middle of the Lake District.
We all have our favourite holiday destinations, and camping or “glamping” (it doesn’t make a difference to me) is not for me.
On the other hand, I’m all about a luxury retreat. Give me a bathtub overlooking the English countryside and I’m in. For those who identify with this statement, keep on reading…

Eolo in Argentina's Patagonia
If you are looking for a secluded spot in the middle of nowhere to indulge in some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, this is your place. Eolo is a unique lodge located in La Anita valley, half an hour away from El Calafate, half way to the Perito Moreno glacier. The hotel has less than 20 rooms and does not allow children under the age of 12.
This is the perfect destination for those who love being in touch with nature. Just look at those views. There are numerous different activities and experiences offered by the hotel which can be booked separately as part of your stay.
Having visited Patagonia when I was little, I am slightly biased when recommending it but ask anyone who’s also been and you’ll understand why everyone loves it so much.
